We provide turnkey solutions incorporating extremely safe Sodium Ion and sophisticated Supercapacitor Graphene Batteries to Solid-State Hydrogen Storage system (SSHS) and Low Pressure Hydrogen Storage (LPHP); The most advanced Energy Storage Systems commercially available in the Australian market today. These are the green energy solutions that solve today's energy storage challenges of safety, longevity, cost and sustainability while providing systems for residential, industrial, utilities, telecommunications, data centers, government, defence and off grid appications. The H2G off-grid energy systems are different from other storage methods because of the hi-tech Storage Technology. It is the safest way to store Energy, No Thermal Runaway or uncontrollable fires. The Energy storage in SSHS and LPHS lasts for decades, if required, and there is no degradation of the storage capacity.

Executive Team

Dr Paul Dalgleish

Dr Dalgleish has had over 30 years of experience in Senior management of Multi-National Engineering companies and has been Chief Executive of Public listed engineering companies for over 17 years. Paul is recognised as a turnaround specialist with strengths in strategic positioning for growth and has operated across a vast range of sectors, from Energy and Infrastructure to Resources including diverse geographies.

Previously, Paul has developed businesses delivering a wide variety of services from engineering and construction, consulting for engineering projects, to facilities management, maintenance, manufacturing and technology ventures.

Paul has a First Class Honours degree in Engineering, Doctorate in Business and is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers and a Member of the Institute of Company Directors.

Charles Rottier

Charles is a professional non-executive director which follows a successful executive career in engineering focussed organisations. Charles has worked in design, construction and service companies in senior strategic, management and project positions. He has most recently stepped down from the position of Chair of LogiCamms Pty Ltd, following a successful turn-around and merger.

Prior to that Charles took on the role of Chief Strategy Officer for Austin Engineering before becoming Interim CEO when the Company was working through a restructure after the last mining downturn.

Previous executive management roles included Executive General Manager for Transfield Services Design and Construction group, Managing Director MWH Australia, Director Major Projects (Asia) MWH and General Manager Operations CMPS&F Pty Ltd.

Charles is currently Chair of Future Fuels CRC, which is researching the transportation of low carbon fuels, and a director of Pinssar, a technology start-up Company.

Charles has an Honours degree from University of Sydney.

William Howard

William Howard was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary in July 2019 and Executive Director in August 2019.

Bill brings significant experience to both these roles, having served for the past three years as the CFO of a Financial Services company in Western Sydney, realigning financial systems, operations and reporting, along with coordinating due diligence processes for interested parties on potential acquisitions.

Prior to this, Bill had performed the role of General Manager Finance to a mining services business in the Hunter Valley, whilst managing and operating his own labour hire company. The preceding decade saw Bill as Regional Operations Manager at AJ Lucas and previous to that with Lahey Constructions Pty Ltd as General Manager Finance.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Financial Administration and is a qualified Accountant.

Management Team

Dr Luc Bodart

Over 30 years of international experience in engineering and project management within Design-Build, EPC and BOOT environments, related to major municipal and industrial water and power generation projects. Establishing new entities in Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia, developing the strategic directions and responsible for the P&L of those new companies. Successfully negotiating and managing projects in international environment with multi-national teams and local partners.

With thorough knowledge of local practices and constraints, and extensive leadership skills, enabling successful growth of the business units while consistently delivering higher than forecasted margin and EBIT on various construction projects including the Senipah Combined Cycle Power Plant (East Kelantan, Indonesia), Thai Oil Co-Generation Plant (Thailand), Chandra Asri Refinery Utilities Boilers (East Java, Indonesia), Kaeng Khoi Power Plant WTP (Thailand), Salalah SWRO (Oman), Johor River Water Works (PUB at Kota Tinggi, Malaysia), Tamar Valley Power Plant (TAS), Pimpama WWTP Alliance (QLD).

Dr Anthony Pignat

Tony has over 35 years of construction, operation and maintenance experience in the resources sector having worked in various senior management roles in Western Australia, New South Wales, Hong Kong, and the Peoples Republic of China. His experience includes the management of the construction teams on large scale iron ore processing facilities for Rio Tinto, BHP and FMG. Tony has also worked as a mine manager and quarry manager for various ASX listed companies that involved various day to day operations and maintenance roles.

Company History

H2G was formerly listed on the Australian Stock Exchange as Tempo Australia Limited ASX;TPP, the company was founded in 2011 by Charlie Bontempo, one of the four founders of United Group Limited, which went on to become one of Australia’s largest Engineering Construction companies. Guido Belgiorno-Nettis, one of the owners of Transfield Holdings, an iconic Australian construction company and long-time Executive and Director of Transfield, invested significantly into Tempo and followed Charlie Bontempo as Chairman in 2016. In 2019 Dr Paul Dalgleish joined the team, having worked with both Charlie and Guido previously, and established the Energy Storage business, also investing significantly into the company. All three are still major share-holders today in H2G.

Since 2019 the company has been positioning itself in Renewable Energy and Energy Storage Systems . After successful delivery of a number of solar projects the company began to focus on energy storage and quickly established a strategic focus on long life, safe, economic, and sustainable Energy Storage. Over the next year the company had relationships with a number of technology providers and a variety of technologies from Sodium Ion and Supercapacitors to Hydrogen.

During their careers, Charlie, Guido and Paul have all played a big part in Australia's infrastructure sector and to date have delivered many of the largest infrastructure projects. This heritage has delivered considerable strategic expertise to H2G.

In order to reflect the company's focus on the renewable energy market, Tempo Australia Limited, was formally rebranded to H2G; Highway to Green, in 2022, and now has the ticker "H2G" on the ASX which is also serves as a Brand and Trading name. H2G firmly believes Energy Storage is the key to a fully sustainable green energy sector.

H2G has partnered with a number of technology suppliers including the world's leaders in sodium Ion cells, supercapacitors and Hydrogen technology. Out technology includes leading Australian software for Battery Management Systems and Digital interfaces that ensure the products we deliver have software integrity and provide 100% of the claimed safety in all our products.
